Description
1.These new APA102C LED Strips are the upgrated items for people who loved and used the WS2812B LED pixel strips , it is also the IC integrated into the LED diode and can come with the highest density LEDs per meter.144LEDs/m. APA102 LEDs use generic 2-wire SPI,the standard SPI interface, so you can push data much faster than with the WS2812B LED strip .
2. APA102C LEDs are 5050-sized RGB LEDs with an embedded microcontroller inside the LED ,it is similiar with the WS2812B LEDs ,allowing them to be packed as density as 144 LEDs per meter, these APA102C LEDs have a standard SPI interface, using 2 wires (input and output) for sending data - one clock pin and one data pin. That means you need two pins, not one, to control the pixels .
3. This is the 60 LED-per-meter - the high density version strips, on black flex PCB. We have 30 LED/m, 60 LED/m and 144 LED/m on both white and black flex PCB, of course , 74LEDs or 72LEDs per meter also workable.
4. They come in 5 meter reels with a 4-pin JST SM connector on each end and separated power/ground wires for wattage inputted .Commonly each 5meters need add drive power one time .

8.The APA102C also offers a few other improvements over the WS2812B, including a color-independent brightness control that lets you easily adjust the intensity of each LED without changing its color. Also, the color channels on an APA102C are pulse-width modulated (PWM) at a much higher frequency, making it less susceptible to flickering on camera and more suited to persistence-of-vision (POV) applications.
